MCIA Announces the Appointment of Two New Board Members

Medicinal Cannabis Industry Australia is pleased to announce the appointment of Phoebe Macleod and Justin Howden to the board of directors.

Phoebe is Managing Director and Co-Founder at Heyday Medical, a specialist clinic with a novel range of medicinal cannabis products. Phoebe is an IP and commercial lawyer with 12+ years’ experience and has spent most of her career working in medical research and health. Phoebe also has a business development background and has successfully commercialized digital health products, medical devices and vaccines. Phoebe holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons)/Science from Monash University.

Justin is a Director at H/Advisors APA, one of the leading public affairs agencies in Australia. Justin has 30 years of experience working with Ministries, Departments and industry bodies to achieve common sense positive policy outcomes across regulation, trade, investment and manufacturing. He led Government Relations and Stakeholder Engagement at BOD Science and Swisse Wellness.
